The autumn work went well. The annual inspections of our facilities took place on Friday. For this campaign, there were 3 of us former members, a friend from the chalet, and 4 GMP students. Bastien took care of the cooking, to our great satisfaction. Lohan and Gaël did the Aiguillette via ferrata on Sunday morning, while Bastien and Lilou toured the Arêtes de la Bruyère. Olivier, our new member, worked non-stop all weekend... the program was very full.
The next renovation campaign at Chalet Jean Gallet will take place from Friday, September 26th to Monday, September 29th, 2025.
To help our team of volunteers, we invite you to participate in this new seasonal campaign.

Representing the Alumni at the BUT GMP graduation ceremony on May 23, ensuring the success of the festive evening on the La Doua campus on June 11, congratulating the GEII graduates on June 27 during the graduation ceremony on the Gratte-Ciel site, repeating the operation on June 20 for all the graduates of the Bourg en Bresse site, and closing the season with our now traditional summer picnic with the management teams and staff of the IUT, and taking the opportunity to participate in the inauguration of the library on the IUT Bourg en Bresse campus... The mobilization of the alumni was there...
On Tuesday, July 8, we attended the inauguration of the renovated library at the IUT Bourg-en-Bresse campus. As we do every year, we invited the staff present to a summer picnic organized by our friends Luc and André. It was an opportunity to strengthen our ties with the IUT management and the staff at the Bourg campus. A friendly moment enjoyed by all who attended.
On June 27, we attended the graduation ceremony for the GEII-2024 class. A wonderful ceremony sponsored by several of the department's industrial partners. In front of the invited guests, our vice-president presents the association before the diplomas are awarded.
As with GMP and Bourg en Bresse, we presented the students with the Association's badge, our traditional Lion
On June 20th, we attended the graduation ceremony for students from the four departments at the Bourg-en-Bresse site. We presented each student with the association's badge, a symbol of recognition that facilitates professional contacts. It was a wonderful ceremony that concluded with a buffet organized by a local business.

IUT Lyon 1 – Alumni
We were present on March 28th to represent the AlumnIUT at the GEA gala. More than 450 participants were welcomed by Véronique Cohen, the president of the GEA Alumni and head of the GEA department. A few students from the Gratte-Ciel TC department were present to present a preview of the next AlumnIUT-Lyon1 evening, which will take place on June 11th at the La Doua site
